DTN COMMENTS:  The country is slow to start following light scattered 
business in parts of the South yesterday afternoon at $183, fully steady 
with last week's weighted average. Asking prices are around $184-plus in 
the South, but still not established in the North. Beef cutouts are 
expected to be lower with light to moderate box movement.
